Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse. We do not have any Reverse Pick Up Facility currently.
The Self Shipment cost should be incurred by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept return requests for innerwear and free items.
We don't offer refund, replacement & exchange for innerwear products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Conditions for Return
Notification Period for Damaged Items: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged items to be eligible for return or exchange.
Incorrect Size Dispatch: If the wrong size is dispatched, we will promptly provide a replacement.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for damaged items or incorrectly sized orders.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched and returned. However, for prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the shipping charges will be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The bank typically takes 5 to 8 business / working days to credit the amount into the source bank account/card from the date of refund (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
